False information on safety record, and, to prospective employers rendering me virtually unemployable. Roadmaster endorses this company, to the hurt of its' graduates

After sixteen months with werner, not making even half of what they promised, i was on my earned vacation and they terminated me. During my employment with werner my dispatchers alternately lied about me and threatened me. They have ruined my safety record, reporting false incidents, they have lied to prospective employers and have prevented me from receiving unemployment while i am trying to straighten out their deceptions. I am virtually unemployable after spending six thousand dollars with roadmaster driving school who encourages trainees to sign on with werner. What can i do???
