Forced subscribtion, scammers, stealing my money

I received a phone call from a telemarketer asking me to verify my credit card number, i refused, they kept asking me to verify it. Then they said i was going to be billed for the magazine subscribtions i had ordered. I told them i didn't agree to anything then they transfered me to another person who took my card number telling me i had to because i own them money. They are still stealing my money right now each month.
