I received a call from a Blue Whale Publications Inc. Telemarketer named Misty. She offered what seemed to be a fairly good deal and never asked for any credit card information. I asked that she send information and she agreed.
I received a letter from Blue Whale Publications, Inc. On June 20. They advised that I would be making 20 payments of $49.90. Still I am Okay with this for what I should be receiving in return.
Finally, we run into the paragraph stating "... Your monthly payments will be billed electronically to your credit card. Your first payment will appear on your next credit card statement."
I NEVER provided any credit card information and there is nothing in the packet sent that requests such information. It would seem they have obtained my information illegally.
