Christa Ciglan is a librarian in Canada whom used to live in Washington DC - She stole her roommate's ID, Clothing animals, and she's on a streak to defame her roommates name b/c she needs a scapegoat and is in fear to get caught due to legality reasons and being employed under false pretenses and false ID.
This woman was a patient at a mental institution and is extremely obsessive and dangerous. She is a Jew hater and used to make racial comments b/c she was born in Austria (supposedly) She is unable to get back into the U.S. Otherwise her ass will be deported back to the country she came from. Only Canada houses illegal immigrants, they need the money.
