As I indicated, I got roped in by false commercial claims. I was never told that I would be charged for 9-1-1 service and my father is handicapped. The worst thing is the service would completely shut off/disconnect during phone calls within 2 minutes. I had to cancel. My father would literally "die" if his 9-1-1 calls were cancelled during process.
I called to cancel. I cancelled. They said okay. The emails kept coming. I called again. Mind you I have clocked in over 10 hours of my time with their customer service to fix their problems and denied everything except billing. I called again to find out about my "cancel", they said, "Oh, you have to call a different number to cancel." No where does it claim that cancelling is going to be a challenge.
Before the month was over, I disputed this with my credit card and got full credit. Over 6 months later, today at end of November, 06, a collection company just sent me a letter which I could have thrown away as it is not marked from any known address. I thought it was junk mail. To my surprise I am glad I opened it.
This company absolutely is a bait and switch company of the worst kind, taking away a necessity to handicapped individuals and spending all kinds of money making false claim advertisements. I refuse to pay and refuse to let them twist my arm to give them a dime for no service.
I went to a local restaurant and overheard a similar conversation. They are the company that will have the fastest decline and be out of business soon.
