Once I became remarried, my x-wife decided to keep my child from visiting her father. She did this by: 1.) Filed false report with DCF stating that I physically abused my daughter for wetting her pants. 2) Filed false report that I abused my daughter by feeding her pop-corn seed and ice sandwiches and beating her. 3) Filed a report that I had sexually abused my child After proving myself with reports and statements from 7 chil case workers, a family therapist, two state psychologists and police officers, court said I would need further proof of her lying by sending child to guardian ad lidum, and psychologist, which I would have to pay for. I make $30k per yr., have 3 other children in my home and have to pay $630 / month in support for my alienated daughter. That makes it impossible for me to pay for these other services. The court will not reduce my child support either. The court has enabled my x-wife to alienate me. Disgrace me, and harass me without any retribution. The unfit mother gets custody and the court sits back and collects it's revenue.
