This company is the worst company I ever work for. The facility is a mess and should be shut down. This company is a Day treatment Program. I observe the staff and managers on their unprofessionalism behavior at this place. A lot of employees that I know have left this company due to lies about pay raises, employment policies that were never heard of.
The program mgr, James Cabble made inapropriate comments to me which I reported to Human resources, but they went on to say "OH HE WAS JUST KIDDING". I ask myself how could his boss make a comment like that like he doesn't care.
I saw how a lot of these kids were mistreated by the therapist. The therapist and program mgr showed favoritism towards 'White Kids". The list goes on. The point I'm trying to make is this company is not a good company to work for.
Someone please shut this place down.
