Christopher Louque... Wondering how many children he may have out there? Chris is a traveling car saleman that is in a different city each week. He is home in New Orleans 3 days of each week when he has visitation rights to his 4 year old son. He has not seen his son in six months because he is too busy working, however, he hasnt paid child support in 4 months.
Today 10/23/06 he did not show up for court to appear on the allegations of not paying.in the state of Louisiana everyone, including myself, thinks that not paying child support puts you in jail. WRONG, it allows you to go to court and plead your case. However, if they cannot serve you with papers, you are free forever, unless the mother of the child has many thousands of dollars to continue paying Private appointers. Chris has went as far as to move out of his rental and now I have no idea where he lives. Only know its somewhere in Metairie, LA. There is no justice for single mothers in this state.
