This person has not seen his 2 children now 11 and 10 nor payed child support since 1997. He has visitation rights and last i got told was he would let me know when he could see them because he had to come to the local police station to pick them up and drop them off. Both Nathaniel and Gabrenna have a step-father now who loves them as his own and he is the one they call father because he is the only one they've known.
