I purchased this program online to transfer songs from an ipod to my pc. All the songs were transfered to my itunes but when you click on the songs it tells you that the song can not be played cause the file was lost. I attempted to contact there technical support on several occasions but a computer responds. I have given them my phone number so that someone can reach me and walk me through the steps so that I can save my files but I have been unsuccessful. The last email I sent to them I was requesting a refund and they did not answer. All I want is my money back. I cant afford to through away my money and just forget the fact that they jipped me.
