These numbers are telemarketers who may or may not fielded the customer service calls when you ordered and may be able to help you because they are also distributors.
By the way if you ordered from the TV they may have tried to sell you additional crap like a travel club, well even if you declined the sale you may have still got charged and that number and company is Crown Holiday 1-800-986-9036.
What a fiasco lets see if Skymark honors its word of refunding me.
