I had a similar experience as many with an Abslide I ordered in July, but I didn't give up. I kept calling and emailing Sylmark. I also filed a Better Business Bureau complaint online. Yesterday I received notification from the BBB with a compaint form against Sylmark saying my abslide had been shipped. If anyone wants to contact this person it is:
