Company originally stated you would get a 30% residual commission on all of your members and brokers as long as they remained. Now they will take away some or all of your commission if you do not retain a large percentage.in the auto industry, when a dealer advertises to lease a car for $199. Oo per month, they are required to put somewhere in the ad that there are other stipulations, such as $1900 down, license fee etc. Ameriplan never indicated that and the literature and DVD's state, sell it one time and get paid year after, as long as they remained - NO STIPULATIONS!
I feel that they should grandfather everyone that signed up as a broker in the past, and if they want to change the policy, print new brochures and make new DVD's, and then any new brokers would know what that policy is.
