We were solicited by a guy via telephone who asked if we were interested in selling our ocean front timeshares in Kauai. We had talked about it so listened to his sales pitch. He promised they would sell to a corporate buyer within 5-6 weeks and, unfortunitly, we bought into it. We sent a check for $895 in good faith, fully expecting to hear something, anything, fairly soon. We signed a contract and it didn't occur to us to request a refund.
We heard nothing. After five months we tried to find them to check on their web sales listing. That was a challenge. If someone wanted to buy a timeshare, they'd have one heck of a time finding this outfit. We called and finally got a call back. We expressed our disatisfaction, frustration, and told them they were a rip-off company. Their only comment: "You signed a contract. Sorry." I asked for them to send proof of their advertising, what they had done for us. We have not received anything. Needless to say, we are out almost $1,000 and have received NOTHING from them.
Beware... They lie and steal money from good intentioned consumers. If it was worth it, I'd bring a lawsuit against them. Do not do business with them!!!
