I was contacted by a sales rep named Nate regarding the timeshare I own. He said he could sell my timeshare in no time. He also said that the better way to make money was to rent out my week to his clients who are all corporate entities.
I tried contacting them for weeks regarding the advertising they were using since I was not getting any offers and was given the "run-around". I was told that someone from the marketing department would contact me, but I never heard received any calls back. I repeatedly called them and was finally able to contact an account manager who basically told me that she was too busy to deal with my request.
When I asked for a refund they told me "sorry, you signed the contract." I tried to get my credit card company to dispute the charges but they told me too much time had lapsed by this point. I guess I just need to chalk this up as a lesson learned, this company is a major RIPOFF!
