10/04/06 charges to bank account of minor for 2.95 from ccbill.com. Contacted company and charges were for a free porn trial that was not cancelled with in 48 hours. At 72 hours I requested the cancellation and a block on the card, which was granted. At this time however the company did not notify me of another pending charge of 29.95 and processed it on 10/05/06 passed the cancellation time. I called again and after 30 min finally spoke w / BRANDOn the supervisor. From the start he was set on not allowing a credit to the account and had to reduce to insults regarding my lack of parental supervision and control over my child. BRANDOn also informed me that I should be aware of bank acount activity as a responsible parent and it was not the companies responsibility to notify me of pending charges. The conversation esculated on BRANDons part while I was attempting to calmy request this courtesy refund (PAYCOM.net, against their policy, did refund in the amount of 38.95 when I contacted them one day over the cancellation period) BRANDOn was talking loudly over me at the same time and saying its the parents fault not the companies. I asked if he was a parent and he said no. I asked again if as a respectable company in supporting parents who do make every attempt to prevent child access to porn, to issue the refund. IT was NO, have a good day and i was disconnected... I will proceed throught he CC company.
