Refuses to cancel my account and continues to bill my credit card

I attempted to enroll with PeoplePC in early May for their 30-day free trial. After twice trying to get access numbers in my area without success, I signed on to Verizon DSL service. My attempt at People PC access numbers resulted in 2 accounts being set up in my name without my knowledge. The following month, charges began appearing on my Discover Card. I contacted PeoplePC and requested cancellation of my account and was given a cancellation number. (They didn't inform me that I had 2 accounts) I again contacted People PC and requested cancellation of any and all accounts. I also contacted Discover card and asked them not to allow any People PC charges and requested refunds or credits to my account. People PC continued to charge me from June thru September, and convinced Discover that their charges were legitimate. Discover has finally refused their charges, and now People PC is sending paper invoices and hassling me with "courtesy calls" about payment from people who can barely speak English. If I can get the name and address of the CEO of People PC, he will be hearing from me.in the meantime, I would strongly recommend against this company as an IPO.
