We rented a house from this individual who actually lives out of state in Lutz, FL. While living there we experienced many maintenance and security issues related to non functional garage door openers, furnace blower motors and security systems. The house was an electrical nightmare on elm street.
This wouldn't have been so bad if the owner had decided to use reputable repairment whome he thought were ripping him off cause he was out of state. He insisted on using the cheapest methods of calling in laborers to do a professionals' job.in the end we had to leave because of carpet damage due to plumbing problems and smells that would not go away.
This guy needs to learn how to manage properties. Any problem no matter how minor took many days to resolve.
