Said to contact her right away and the email said I was one of two numbers drawn in the lottery from a "special" list of email addresses and I needed to contact Citi Finance...
I knew it was a fraud; they use the word Scheme which gave it away; but, I decided I would cal lthe #s and request a call back... Of course, nothing came and the fax would never go through when it was tried... There was no web address... Thus ended this attempt... I received one two weeks ahead of this that was a lot more convincing out of Nigeria...
