I purchased a 1994 Grand Prix, every since I put this thing on the road I have problems. I had to spend over 600 in car repairs alone, After spending the 600 hundred to fix what was wrong, my mechanic told me there was an oil leak he thought it was coming from the valve cover gaskets. I have not fixed it yet since I check the valve cover gaskets and they don't appear to be leaking. Also the transmission is leaking, I noticed this when I put the car on ramps to find the oil leak problem. There was transmission fluid all over the place.
Then when I wouldnt continue making my weekly payments he repossed the car. He charged me 450.00 to get the car back. I paid but then after all this other stuff happened I stop paying it. I called him Tuesday Sept 19th to tell him I am returning the car. He said I should bring it back to him that day I told him I was not but would be returning to him on Saturday September 23rd. I want a piece of paper from stating that I return the car.
He then call me on September 21st and said this so called bank wasnt going to wait until Saturday. Needless to say at 9pm he sent someone to pickup the car on September 21. The car was not here so they just left.
This guy rip me off and I want him to give me all my money I paid the car including the repairs. Please tell me how you could help me,
