Please help! IGIA is currupt!!! On Nov 14 ordered a windstorm vac in nov 05. Cancelled the order when they charged me 413.70. No response to emails, waited several times up to 60 min to talk to customer svc only to be disconnected or lied to. No product received or money returned!
