The work began to refit my bathtub and shower walls on 2/24/06 - I was to get a crescent rod (which I paid extra for) and they put up a straight rod - when I called the head installer he said he would get me the crescent rod.
On 3/31/06 they came with the crescent rod and it didn't fit (this is after their man came and had measured) I called the head installer and he said he would refund me $200.00 for not being able to install the crescent rod.
The straight rod they did put up fell and broke within the week -I called to get another one and as of today, I have not recieved the new rod or the $200.00
I have written two letters to the CEO of the Company. I know they recieved the letters for I sent them return receipt. I have yet to get even an acknowledgement.
This company does not stand by their word or work!
