I have sat here and read all the other peoples reports about Vanderbilt and it makes me cringe to see all the same things happening to our family as well. We purchased our home in Feb. Of 2004. Right after we moved into the home my husband injured himself on his job and was out of work due to surgery and therapy for over a year, we are still trying to get out of the hole. At this point we are only due for September payment, not even 30 days past ans they are already harrasing us. Justin handles our account and leaves very disturbing messages of how we cant keep our word, and so on. Our home is falling apart also, the roof is all ripling, our floors are wavy and lumpy, the boards are pulling away from the others, our carpet is nailed down as well, where if we step in the wrong place it really hurts. We were also told to contact to file a claim, they came out and said nothing was wrong it is normal. Yeah right. And the air conditioner, always breaking... I now have our home for sale because of these ignorant harrasing jerks, I want out from under there thumb, what can we do to stop these people. My payments went up almost $100 dollars for escrow, insurance purposes this is ridiculous. Any suggestion??? Please help us honest people trying to make a living...
