Johnny Lee Harraman is the father of two girls, and a dead beat dad. Court ordered from a divorce in 2001 to pay $400 each month for child support, and in 5 years has made only one full monthly payment. He is currently almost $20,000 in arrears, and on probation for not paying child support. Mr. Harraman has served 120 days in jail for felony non-support of his daughters. His probation officer is apparently wrapped around his finger, because since his probation began in March he has continuously been in violation of his probation by not paying his monthly support.
Mr. Harraman is "system worker". How else can you explain his lifestyle of working for cash, filing for unemployment and workers compensation in the past, tax evasion for not filing federal tax returns since being $20,000 in arrears for child support, poaching and arrest for DWI - and still be paying no consequences?
Here's another bit of information. Mr. Harraman has also fathered a son (currently 15 months old) with his 13 years junior live-in girlfriend. Apparently he can afford to support his son.
