I have been thru the courts thru out the last2 years! I have sole custody of my 2 girls, my ex-wife was suppose to pay $50.00 a week plus $30.00 towards the arrears ($5932.45) and I cant' even get this in a timely fasion. $80.00 a week is nothing compared to the expense I have raising my 2 girls! My babysitter is more than that per week! The law seems to favor womans (mothers) because everytime I went to court, they would not arrest her, force to state where she works, try to garnish her pay, etc. I really think its unfair that this dead beat mother can get away in owing almost 2 years of child support payments! If a father would go past 30 day's with out paying child support they would go ahead and arrest him ASAP.
