I live in Fountain, Colorado. I responded to an ad in the paper for a receptionist job at a place named JNG Distribution. When I went in for my interview I was asked if I would except a manager position with 7-10
people underneath me. I would be making $52,000 a year. But during training I was told to expect a meager living. Which they said was in between 275-375 weekly. That didn't sound too bad. So I went in for the second (group) interview. Then next came orientation and we were told to dress professional business attire.
So the next day for the first day of training I came in with a skirt and heels and everything. We started doing chants and cheers and such. They got you into kind of a
motivated mood. Then we did something called power cars. I had no clue what that was but I figured hey I'm having fun and getting paid for it. Little did I know, huh! Then we got into groups and everyone started to leave so I got into the car and we drove to a busy street off the
highway and everyday we walked for 6-8 hours up and down busy streets, flagging people down, going into businesses, standing in parking lots trying to sell these perfumes and colognes to people.By the time I got
back to the office I was sunburned and blistered from my heels. They gave us no heads up to bring comfortable shoes or sunblock. Also before we left they gave us a "fun contest" like you mentioned on your page,
whoever sold the most that night would get $650 if we hit the goal for the whole group.
Well here I go selling to friends and family (FFAR)
and I get 22 sold. So I'm thinking I have a good shot at the $650, which my husband and I could really use, we just had a baby 2 months ago, anyway, I get back the next day and they say we didn't hit our group total so no one gets it, by the way, I did sell the most. I sold
mostly to friends and family because we are stationed here at Ft. Carson in Colorado, so I don't know anyone out here, therefor everyone paid by credit card and I took there info. Down on the sheet. After two weeks of working there I brought home a measly $150 after being
promised 275-375 weekly plus bonuses for effort, I worked my butt off for them by the way. But that's not even the worst part of it all. I quit after two weeks right, well this has been a month ago now, well
all my family and friends that I sold to started calling and telling my they still haven't recieved there orders and all their bank accounts were charded two, three, and one was even four times the amount that they ordered. My mom put a lot of peoples on her credit card and they
gave her cash. All together it was like $400 that she put on her card and she was charged over 800$. My uncle ordered 2 and he was charged 4 times for 2. Which caused him to go overdrawn in his bank account.
My family isn't rich so this really hurt them. Since this happened I cannot reach JNG Distribution by phone, cell phones, nothing. They disconnected all of their phone numbers. I don't know what to do now, I sold to a lot of people and they all are pissed and want their money back and I just don't have that kind of money. I just really don't want this to happen to anyone else. I think these people are frauds and need to be shut down.
