You may have seen the ads on TV about the FREE week provided when you purchase a months supply of Nutrisystem food as I did. I went on line and selected all of the 28 days worth of food diligently even though I was given an option to get the "standard" supply. Then I sent an email to Nutrisystems asking what the free 7 days supply of food would be. They promise the answer in 24 hrs. I did not get an answer and food arrived in about 4 days. The FREE food was selected by Nutrisystems and nothing I had or would select. Like chocolate cereal and equally revolting items.
I called them and complained and was offered a $10 credit to return the items. They said the FREE items were not optional to me. This was not satisfactory as I would have to go through all the items selecting them out of the many, boxing them and take them to the Post Office to wait minimum of 14 days for replacement.
Had they answered my email, I could have cancelled the order and not gone through the hassel with them.
Do not be suckered in to the free week.
