I signed up for Gourmet on The Go food delivery service. The minimum they allow you try out the program is 17 days. After only a few days we were completely disgusted with the food. My husband even got food poisoning. I called to let them know we would finish out the week but no longer wanted to continue the service. Gourmet on the Go will not allow us to end the cycle early and will not issue any refunds. They advertise that they deliver fresh food made daily. The sandwiches are soggy, the meats are processed and the egg salads are runny.in their contract it states that you may cancel your service after 48 hours, and will be charged for two more days if your do. This tells me that they prepare their food two days in advance, and not daily. No one seems to ever be on the office when I call and I have trouble getting touch with anyone and getting a response!
