They take your money, get your name on dotted line, then DO NOTHING. I BELIEVE THEY'RE getting as much money together as they can for filing a bankruptcy. Once you sign that contract, they take a lien on your land. Substandard materials, substandard labor, don't pay their subs. Not a square angle in the house. And don't even bother trying to find their WARRANTY department. Once you sign those papers and give over your land and money, THEY OWN YOU. Contract clause says you can't sue them. They build junk, you don't pay, THEY TAKE YOUR HOUSE AND LAND. I believe they're getting ready to file a bankruptcy. This means they can take your money, take your land, file bankruptcy, and you will be stuck and maybe get ten cents on the dollar in five years. RUN RUN RUN away from their sales lot.
