Land owener look out I reaned a lot to a person to put a home on in 2001 the person was a fair and pay there lot rent on time most of the time but then thay file bankruptcy and left the house back in DEC well the Bankruptcy is now done as of March 23 so I called Vanderbilt. Being the land owener wanting to know if thay wanted to do with the home, the person i talk to was rude and did not want to talk to me at all, but as i told her i was the owened the land and it was a rental lot and as long as there home was on it I could not rent it she told me she did not care. Then i told her to have the home off the land in 10 days or i would bill them for storage.
Well 10 days whent by and home still there so on 15th day i fax them telling them there storage bill was over due. Got no reply. So now I think let me call DMV and file a lien with them because in my state it must have a Title we no title was found at DMV so Vanderbilt did not title it as to laws here or pay the taxs on it for the time it was on the sales lot. So i have a house on my land I can not use or rent. And when i call Vanderbilt and ask about when thay will remove it i just get the run around does any one no how i can deal with this that will not cost me a arm and two legs?
