Kathleen nipple ordered mattresses for her nursing home knowing her business had not intention of paying for the items. She ran up her companys credit. She then made empty promises to pay for the items while she filed bankruptcy.
The worst thing she did was knowing she was going to file bankruptcy while maxing out her companys credit. She refused to return the product or make any type of restitution.
Businesses like this can criple a small business that is out to make money and trying to do the right thing.
There should be laws to protect businesses like myself from people that commit this type of fraud.
