I purchased a 49cc atv from pep-boys (Baja motorsprts) when I went to pick it up they said they had a problem with the rear end locking up, they said they would get one from another store, I picked up that one day later, within 5 days the problem started rear end locked up... Pepeboys refused to take it back 5 days old Baja has not supported me at all 45 days later the unit still is not right, their seems to be a problem with all their so -called repair centers. No customer support I would be glad to tell you more, there is countless inconsistencies in how pep-boys and Baja is handling this, if you don't believe this go to the BBB of Arizona Baja has an unsatisfactory rating with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU... I will continue this fight. Please follow up with some advice.
