Ripoff

I called to cancel. They said they would refund the processing fee if I canceled. I did choose to cancel and they refused to refund my fee.

They miss represent the credit card offer, saying that you are pre-quaified for a non-secured mastercard. After you recieve the packet they tell you it's a pay as you go mastercard.
