I used a pay phone to make a local call using my debit card. I was initally charged 5.00 and then another 22.47. The charges were from a company ILD teleservices. After contacted this company they say the charges are billed by someone else and they have no address or phone number for me to contact the other person or company.in the mean time my bank account has been debited a total of 27.47.
