I found a charge on my credit card so I called the 888 number listed and was connected to this compnay called Shopping Essentials. When I told the rep. That I never authoriized this charge, she told me that I did becuase they had my name, address and credit card number. She said I was contacted by phone and agreed to a 14 day membership. I told her I was not, so she then said that I must have completed a package that was sent in the mail. I did not! I asked for her supervisor, Gloria, ext. 4789, who gave me the same run-a-round. She told me she could not help and when I asked for her superior she told me she was the only manager! Come on! So I asked her if she thought I was a moron and to please conect me to her superior or I would call the authorities! She sent me to the voice mail of a Kay Lemmons but would not give me her extension. I left Ms. Lemmons a irritated message, and am waiting to hear back!

This company appears to have ripped many, many people off and something needs to be done!
