For the last year now, this company has been sending us 'approved credit-activation letters'. WHAT NERVE THEY HAVE! This company ripped us off about 4 years ago. They agreed they would take out the 'fees' in two payments, but then took it out in one, and caused overdrafts. When we called them about it, they said it was non-refundable. Anyways, we figured let's let them waste their money on the card they make in our name, and the paper and postage they use to send us their stupid 'acitvation letter'.
Also, their card benefits line is 800-279-6989, but you wait on hold forever. They pay for all calls that come into that line. We have called numerous times to have them remove our name from their list, but we wait on hold for half an hour to have them eventually end the call. They pay for all calls that come into that line, so I call when I am watching TV. I figure they are footing the phone bill, so why not. They would have a pretty hefty phone bill if more people did this. (HINT HINT)
