I'm writing on an issue that the company Federal Automated Recovery Systems went into my account and took $21.95 on two separate occasion without my athorization. I have no recollection of this company and how they got my bank information.
I called the company to find out how they got my information which they told me of some free trial membership pertaining to a road side assistance thru the internet. Then I knew it was fraud because I don't own a car.
When I explained to the young lady who name is Rene (agent 4) on how I didn't authorize them to take money out of my account nor do I know of their company. She offered right away to refund me just $21.95. But when I told her that I wanted all of my money refunded because I never sign up for any membership with this company. She explained how she was only allowed to refund $21.95.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor she claim she didn't know the number. When I asked to speak to someone that could help me she claim she didn't have the authorization to transfer calls. When I ask for supervisor full name. She claim she couldn't give out that information as well as her full name. She give me her name as Rene (agent 4).
As I was on the phone talking with this young lady a co-worker over heard my conversation and told me the same thing has happen to her. This company took money out of my co-worker account without her authorization to which she had to close her account so that these people could not take money out of her account anymore.
If you can help find out what this company is about and how do they get information on people account information. Please let me know to end this so that it can't happen to others. It takes alot to earn money and it hurts when it's being taken away from you without your knowlege.
