We recieve a bill from our Discover card Friday May 17.in the billing was listed-LD Calling Plan Carlsbad California-they charged us $61.02 for thier service, i didn't know what it was till i looked it up on the internet and found this web page of rip offs, we do not have a calling service at all, we only use calling cards from Sam's club, we do not use any service that we would get billed from. I never used my credit card on the internet at all, that is something i will not do, so how did they get the card number to bill us. I called our credit card compay, it is all under investigation, they said they contacted the company, it is a week and they did not hear from them, but the law is they have to give them three weeks to respond, this is not right that they can get away with it, what can be done?
