I opened my credit card statement and found that there was a charge on my statement for $48.79. Now I know I did not make this purchase, because the discription says: AMR LD SERVICE PLAN 888-295-7130 CA. First and formost I din't even know what the amr ld stood for and as far as service plans, I don't believe in them in any way, shape or form. Just a wast of money. So now in doing research and finding out who they are, I'd like to know how they got my personal information and my credit card number? And how I can prevent this from happening again? If these people are doing this to a lot of people isn't there anything that can be done to stop them? I would like my money refunded to me and all the fees incurred by the credit card company by this "company", that is if anyone knows their real name, address, phone number, etc..
