Taken 9.95 each month from visa card without authority. Refused refund, no confirmation email sent either. Ripoff

Ordered business cards from vista print. Filled in survey online for them. Found out afterwards they were taken 9.95 from visa card without my permission. Only gave visa details for vista order, vp rwards seperate company, and didn't athorise them to use my visa card.
