CDS in Wilton Iowa Is a rotten place to work. For the past year every Holiday we have had we have had to make it up by working the next Saturday.
When it was brought up to the managers about this, we was told that " CDS dose not have to give you a Holiday, would you like us to take them away?" We told them them all they can do is threaten us (witch is what they did and still do). There is nothing about this company that is good in any way.
They say they are family oriented but how can they even say something like that when we have to work 10 hour days and 6 days a week? I can't even afford to make my house payment by myself working there for 15 years. That's how much they care about their employees!
You say I can work another job? Yes I can, but how can I be there on time if they tell me I have to work another 4 hours any day they choose to? Or when they say on Thursday you are working Saturday! The managers need to work on 3rd shift for awhile so they can see what it is like to not have a life with your kids, having to sleep for most of the day that you do have off!
The people in DesMonies had July 3, and 4 off and that is the company headquarters but the ones that do all the work that makes them thier money is the one who did not get the xtra day off, but insted had to work an extra day.
