Unethical Business Practices

I was hired by the George S. May Company on May 23 after completing their executive analyst training in Illinois. Within 2 weeks, I resigned my position as a result of unethical and misleading practices engaged by the George S. May Company. Since then, the company has failed to reimburse me $1800 for travel and per diem expenses.in an attempt to obtain an explanation, I sent faxes, emails and left phone messages regarding my expenses and have not heard back from George S. May.

I was forced to resign from the company after I was directed to mislead potential clients by placing "fake" phone calls in the customer's presence to a? Team? Of specialists when in fact there was only a sales manager on the phone dictating phrases in order to obtain a sale (or as they refer to it as Traffic Call).

Furthermore, I (as all Survey Analyst) are instructed to? Act? Busy while at the client's business and make additional pretend? Research' calls in order to create the illusion that a team is working on the client's problems when no one really is.

Although the company provides consulting service, in order to maximizes the amount of the sale (average $20-35,000), Survey Analyst (sales people) are trained to use any and all means to obtain the sale including the use of personal information (family illness, personal problems, finances, etc), contacting owner's spouses, parents and children to obtain information, using specific gestures and phrases, showing only negative financial trends and other deceptive practices.

I intend to file additional complaints with labor boards, government fraud agencies and The Better Business Bureau as a result of their refusing to reimburse my expenses.
