Steven Plakovic owes $17,500 back child support. The state of Illinois had the case for years and got nothing from him. I traced him to Shelbyville, IN but he may have moved again to Winchester, IL to avoid paying again. I then have to have my case transferred again. I sorely need his place of employment and current address.
