Honestlotto.com/powerball.htm, Ken Silver, Ken Silver Publishing Con, ripoff, fraud, scam, failed to email ThePowerSpread System. I followed the receiving instructions to the letter, no response to my emails. No refund either. Khandallah, Wellington

On Monday, May 15, I ordered his PowerSpread system for Powerball, to be done by hand, within 48 hours (2 days) and returned by email via pdf file.

On Tuesday, May 16, The purchase was debited from my account. Being slightly overcharged, I emailed Ken Silver as to why (I did not note anywhere on the order form any additional charges or exchange fees to be added). According to his website, he touts a 24 hour response to his emails. No response.

On Friday, May 19, I emailed Ken Silver again. Still no product and no response.

Yes, I did due diligence. I had already double checked the email address, made sure he was not spammed out, rechecked again the website instructions as to what to do if I had a problem. I read all of the issues and played offense. None of the emails I sent came back as being undeliverable.

On Sunday, May 21, I emailed Ken again informing him I did not receive the product and requested a refund.

It is now Thursday, June 8. I have not heard or received any correspondence from Mr. Silver. I have had to take measures to retrieve my money. A complaint has been filed with my bank. I am expecting to receive a letter from VISA in the next few days and will be completing their paperwork for fraud.

Buyers beware lest ye be duped by the sincerity and exquisitely written sales advertisements. I find it amazing that he has an answer, it appears, for just about anything that might come up and the bottom line is when all else fails, Mr. Silver blames it on technology or the Internet.
