Miami Master Cars - Hannah Imports USA - Payless Car Sales
Ripoff, fraudulent advertising, false claims, defective product

SHAWN YAZDANI, BEN PISHGOU and SAEID NICKPUR at Miami Master Cars, Inc/Payless Auto Sales/Hannah Imports USA - bending us over again, I see.

I try to be a trusting person, but my rear-end hurts so much after this one I had to expose these thiefs. I did the Fax Report also and it showed nothing. Shawn said upon delivery of the car, go ahead and take it to a local repair shop and have the needed repairs done and that his boss would cover any repairs (Saeid). NOT!

I paid top dollar for this "great condition, low mileage 325 BMW Convertible (1994) with only 42,000 miles" - with wonderful pictures and advertised on ebay as "excellent shape with all working power equipment". Upon taking delivery of the car (after it was shipped to Iowa), I noticed that the power steering didn't work, the ABS light was on, I had no brake lights, noticed horrible sounds when you applied the brakes, I smelt gas fumes in the car and I noticed oil leaking from under the car.

Well, I bought the car in Sept. Of 2005 and just got the car back today 4/7/06 - (it has been in the shop continually since the week after I took delivery in October - I have put 50 miles on the car since - all to repair shops, dealership) and I have been trying to negotiate with Shawn and the group to cover these expenses or even part of them. They wanted to see copies of the repair bills (which had totaled $4,862.99 at that time (I sent 3 times to them) and now these bills are up to $6,597.99.

After getting the car back (I haven't even licensed it yet) I then discovered today after I put CDs in the CD player - that it doesn't work either. (new optics needed $126) By the way, the trashed out door panels are not even included in the above figures (approx. $900 with install), nor is the bent wheel, and my local dealership said that the window was not working correctly because the car had been in a serious accident and that a salvage passenger door power window assembly was installed in the drivers door and it ruined a module and did not allow the window to work correctly.

Oh, and when I received the car, the battery was so dead that it just turned the engine over enough to get it to the dealership for repair. And get this, Shawn had promised to send me a check for $750 to cover the repairs (shoot - the non-working ABS module alone was $800) and I just finally got that.

Don't try to get top dollar and false advertise your product on Ebay and then stick the customer with 1000's of dollars in repairs and not expect to lose customers who see how you are screwing other trusting, hard working, folks. I have an attorney on retainer and anyone interested in a class action lawsuit, please feel free to contact me, and please avoid this company and their 'sold as new or mint condition', salvage cars.

Oh, and by the way, after I put $2,800 into fixing the power steering, brakes, rusted out exhaust system, oil leak, etc. They offered to buy the car back at my original purchase price.

Don't anyone buy anything from the company over the internet and make sure that you fly or drive down there and drive it, have it inspected locally by a dealership or two if you do decide to buy.
