I placed an order for an AbEnergizer when I saw the advertisement on the television. This was on 02/27, and I still haven't received my merchandise. They charged my credit card the very next day for $79.00.
I called 1-800-457-0825 (customer service) and let the phone ring for almost an hour before someone finally answered. I told the lady I wanted to cancel my order because I was tired of waiting on the thing to arrive. She gave me a cancellation number and told me my money would be credited back in my account.
This was two weeks ago and still no money! I am back on the phone now and it has been ringing for one hour and fifteen minutes. What can be done about these crooks?
