I ordered the Abenergizer on 2/27/02. I have not received a thing from them. I foolishly also ordered 2 extra stimulator units and a double pack of batteries. I am out $129 and cannot even contact them to cancel my order.
Their bogus customer service number is automated and after holding for 30 minutes, it hangs you up before you even get to converse with a live person. I have not once been able to reach anyone LIVE, unless I call the number on TV that people are still calling to order. Then that person gives you the so-called customer service line, where you're mysteriously disconnected.
I just want my money back. I'm over the disappointment of not getting in shape for summer.
The money was immediately taken out of my bank account and I received confirmations and e-mails saying my belt would arrive in 2 weeks. It's false advertisement—hope someone can help!
