Deceptive phone call-did not give adaquate info to cancel Atlanta

CMS did adaquate info on how to cancel. Did not tel me on the phone that I dod not cancel within a certain time frame, I could not cancel.

Also, the prices are higher that I could get from PCH and others.

Many of the prices are no better that from the publishers.
