Offered me a potal exam and a postal position within 1 yr norcross georgia

I was looking for work back in March 07 when I ran across this opportunity to purchase a postal package to study for an exam. I was never contacted after I paid $129.00 for the package to take any exams, or was I emailed to go anywhereto take a test. I went to call the number I was given for refund RFA number and the phone number is not in service, and the web site is a rip off site!
