I purchased some items from Fashionpartz.com on March 20 for 851.52 dollars. I did not recieve my products for a month and I became really upset.
Every time I wrote the company, they would say that your items will take an additional week. So I asked for a refund at this time because things were getting out of hand. The company wrote back and said a refund will be issue, and it will take 1 week.
So 1 week went by, then 2 weeks, and so on... I wrote again and ask for my money because no money was placed into ny account. Each time they email me back, all of their personell had different answers so why my money wasn't in my account. Their main resaon was the VISA system is down, or your bank is not reporting the credit.
If anyone is thinking about purchasing items from this company... You are making a big mistake
